Understanding therapeutic work:

Psychotherapy is a personal and confidential space where intimate and profound concerns may be discussed freely to create insight, and personal awareness. 
It brings understanding on behavior patterns, whether positive or negative, helps us to maintain healthy relationships, and mental and emotional health.
Many times, discussing problems with friends or loved ones will create toxicity in our relationships, e.g. worry, anxiety, sadness, anger, etc., and unknowingly, sabotage our happiness.  Discussing delicate issues with a trained professional is particularly beneficial during uncertain situations, e.g. life decisive turning points, marital differences, professional constraints, etc. 
Best outcomes are obtained when it is practiced consistently and preventively; with this approach, critical circumstances many times may be prevented entirely.
